Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original shipping box.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots inside their original Laredo branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is protected from damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the boots, we will issue your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
